Chipmunks of Faith

I'd like to introduce two of our little furry friends, Alvin (how original!) and Hannah! Named by our daughter. They're a cute little couple and will soon be having babies I'm sure. This little family came out for the first time last spring and delighted us all summer with their babies who had and their own babies, who had their own babies...! Whether it's the original couple, I have no way of telling.
I call these our Chipmunks of Faith. They have ventured out even with piles of snow still on the ground and still seeing no green except for my--HEY, stay away from my Daffodil shoots!--yet here they come because they know Spring is almost here!
The glory and majesty of my God and Saviour just amazes me!
For those of you who aren't seeing or experiencing signs of Spring yet, I just visited Barbara at Stray Thoughts for some encouraging Springtime poems and a recipe for yummy CHOCOLATE Congo Bars.
Isn't chocolate a wonderful cure-all?!
It's All Good!

  2. What cute little chipmunks, your chipmunks of faith. Are they praying in these pictures? Looks like they might be.

  3. I wish we had chipmunks here! They are so cute, but none in my area. :-(

I just realized that I misunderstood your question about changing the comment message.

    Here's how to do it:

On your posting page, click on Layout. Under Add and Arrange Page Elements, on the Blog Posts widget click on Edit.

That will bring up a window with your posting time, date, etc on it.

Go down about 5 items and click on Comments. It should bring up a place to change the text to what you would like. Type in your greeting, make any other changes you want, then go to the bottom and click on Save Changes.

That should do it! Again, if you have any problems just contact me. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    Hugs,

    Diane

  5. Cute story about the chipmonks. I don't think we have any of those around here - probably too hot for them. You mentioned buying a Raggedy A & A on Ebay. Sounds like you got a great bargain. I've never bought or sold anything on Ebay. I need to find out how to do it. I think just about everybody does except me.
