The Flip Flop March

All lined up ...no place to go! Yet. I think these flip flops are anticipating Spring as much as we are. Between the three of us girls, we probably own around 20 pair. We wear them as soon as our feet can handle the chilly weather and, we don't stop wearing them in the fall until our feet scream "ENOUGH ALREADY"! We definitely push it. (That's my big foot in the picture...yes, still wearing a warm slipper.) But It'sacomin'!
Head on over to Kelli's for Show & Tell Friday fun!
It's All Good!

It was a lot of fun putting it all together….

  2. I love flip flops too! It's the next best thing to being barefoot, which is my favorite. But since Walmart, church and other fussy establishments frown on bare feet, flip flops are the way to go as far as I'm concerned.

However --- It's snowing like crazy here right now! About a half inch on the ground now and the weather geeks say we may get as much as 4 inches. I'll believe it when I see it!

Have a good weekend, Brenda. ;o)

    Hugs,

    Diane

  13. Oh, I can't wait for warm weather. I love flip flops too. I'm from the older generation however, and we used to call them "thongs." My daughters are shocked when I accidently say that word. I have to be careful.

  15. Hi again, Brenda. ;o)

Yes ma'am, we've got enough for snow cream! We've got about 4 or 5 inches of the fluffy white stuff, perfect for snow cream. I just made a big bowl of it for me and hubby, then had to get in the shower and warm up, LOL!

The snow won't linger long because it's supposed to be back in the 50's by Sunday. I got some pics earlier and I'm going to post them in a bit, Blogger permitting.

  17. I always loved wearing flip flops but I'm kinda mad at them now. That's how I messed up my knee - stepping into the pool with them on. I slipped on the top step and my foot shot out from under me. Of course I should have had enough sense not to wear them into the pool. I'll never do it again. That's for sure.

  19. Hey there! I didn't get around as much as I would like for this Shoe and Tell *wink* Friday. Thank you for coming by so that I could find you. I WILL do better next week.

I am a flip flopper too and I can't wait for spring. I've been working on getting the peds in shape and sleeping in lotion and socks. If you gotta wear them you gotta not be gross! :^)

    Be blessed - Jen
