Hi - I came over here from Susan's site - I am the one who gave away the earrings from Kenya. My son got them for me while he was there in school - he also brought me a beautiful necklace of tiny carved giraffes (you can see them on a recent Show and Tell Friday, if you wish). Anyway, he went over there for a semester of school at AFrica Nazarene University outside of Nairobi, ended up falling in love, and we have a lovely Kenyan DIL. There is MUCH to their story, and a lot of it is on my sidebar, as A Story of Deliverance, if you are ever interested in a story of God's power, grace, and mercy.
