All about choice?

Jesus said, I am the Way

We CHOOSE to go our own way.

Jesus said, I am the Truth

We CHOOSE to believe a lie.

Jesus said, I am the Life

We CHOOSE death.

One might say, I didn't CHOOSE death.

And neither did the precious unborn child.

(One of my freedoms is to CHOOSE what I want to write on my blog. I will not debate God's Word.)

And for the first time since I've had this blog I can honestly say:

It's NOT All Good--but my God is, and I CHOOSE to pray.

And the bummer last night was that there was no CHOCOLATE in the house!!! ;)

  1. We know who the King of Kings is. We did our best to choose rightly. I told my daughter that as long as we did our part, we have no reason to fear and no regrets. Take care and great thoughts Brenda.

  2. Strong delusion is being brought upon the people. The Bible forwarned of this long ago. We are seeing the prophetic unfold before our very eyes. For us that know The Truth there can be no fear.

  5. I'm completely shattered by the election results. It saddens me like I wouldn't have believed possible.

I can't even think about tomorrow or the next day as they pertain to politics. I'm focusing on my home for the next couple of days, until I can get my "strength" back up to par. And then I'll try to think of the future of this country. Right now, that future just looks too scary to me. :(

Thanks for the visit to my blog. I appreciate hearing from you. I will keep your nephew, David, in my prayers.

  6. Good post. I don't think chocolate would have helped much though. We had chocolate in the house and I didn't even think about it. We need to remember that no matter what happens in the meantime, it will all be wonderful someday.

  7. Proverbs 21:1 – “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases.”

    This scripture speaks volumes.

  8. I choose to trust in the Word of God, which does not lie. I, too, didn't like the outcome of the election, but I believe that it's all part of God's ultimate plan. These are actually exciting times we live in, seeing God's Word unfold before our very eyes! I live in California, and we had at least one good outcome, Prop 8 did pass. Thank You, Jesus.
Big bummer not having any chocolate in the house. :(
    Have a great week.

  9. God will be with us... and will bless us and lead us.

But... we all need to pray!

  11. Just hoping this causes people to realize that answers to life's big issues aren't found in our government.

  13. Amen to your post, Brenda.

You are coming right along with your weight loss. Congratulations. Keep on keeping on.

I have gained a little of mine back and am now working on trying to get it back off. Not easy.
