Remember a pesky brother or sister playing the Repeat Game when you were kids?  I couldn’t stand being on the receiving end of it, though I did dish out my fair share of the obnoxious-ness.

Not the greatest analogy, but that is exactly how I feel about the Word Verification system—annoyed.

I hardly ever get it on the first try.  Nor the second.  By the third try…well, I just quit trying.

A couple of months ago I saw on Mari’s blog a ‘Word Verification Free Blog’ Button.  {Oh and, off-topic here, Mari’s son just got back from Afghanistan!  Thanks and God bless you, Andy!}

So folks, if you notice the amount of usual comments starting to drop off your blog, the pesky Word-Verification ‘Prove you’re not a Robot’ might be the culprit.
