Jack
Jimbo
Jeff
Jon
Jerry
These are my five brothers.
I mentioned here how my family was a yours, mine and ours combination of seven. Well, it only started out that way, because our family quickly blended as an ‘ours’ family. All for one and one for all!
Five boys against two girls made it awful hard for femininity to survive, and I quickly gave in to becoming a tomboy. But that was all right with me. I loved playing sports, especially basketball and softball!
Jack was steady and laid back. He is now an excellent pianist/composer specializing in hymns, classics and musicals.
Jimbo was the scientist. He is now an engineer/inventor. Served in the Army.
Jeff was the one who ‘ran away’ when he was four. He loves his home away from home—the golf course! Served in the Navy.
Jon was the happy-go-lucky one. He enjoys singing and playing his guitar on the worship team at his church.
And Jerry was calm and quiet. He loves anything to do with the outdoors. Served in the Marines.
It’s All Proud of my Brothers Good!
